		<description>I am apparently a constitutionalist.  I didn&#039;t answer yes to every statement, but I came pretty close.  For instance, Federal taxes are constitutional via amendment.  However, the amendment was rammed through the process (I don&#039;t recall whether it was ratified by the states or not), and is certainly not in keeping with the spirit of the constitution which limits government authority, whereas, Federal Taxation greatly increases governmental authority over the people (voluntary tax system??  yeah right!!!).  So my disagreements are more semantical than otherwise.  I like your site.  I don&#039;t have a blogroll on my site, but I may add one now.  I&#039;ll definitely link to you once I do.</description>
