The Power of My Spoken Word

A Word From the Lord February 20, 2009

This word was given to me in Richmond, VA at 6:13 AM. The night before I had been at a small but powerful prayer meeting with four others who love God and we were all in one accord. These words were prophesied to me, “Get your notepad ready! You will reveal the heart of the Father.”

THE POWER OF MY SPOKEN WORD

It is My great pleasure, My daughter, to speak what’s on My heart and have you write it down to share with My precious people. I know you honor My thoughts and intents and give voice to My Word.

Oh that My body would have ears to hear and do likewise. I am always speaking to My children but they are not always listening. They are too busy with the cares of this world and tuned in to wrong voices – ones that would lead them astray and cause static and confusion in their spirit man.

When will My people learn that I am not the author of confusion. I am that still small voice deep in their spirit man desiring to lead them on My path that leads to eternal life. It’s a path strewn with My promises. I keep My Word and My people would walk in continual confidence when My Word is given first place in their hearts. It’s a rock solid path because I am the Rock of Ages and My Word is endued with power. It is mighty to save and deliver and do whatever My children need it to do.

You cannot separate Me from My Word. My words are eternal and they do not return void without effect and that which I sent it to perform. Why, everything I created in this universe I created with My own faith filled words. Words are powerful containers and it is the unseen substance of faith in those words that bring things into existence. This is how I designed it. This is My Kingdom way.

So yes, words are the most powerful substance in the universe. Words frame your world. Just like a builder constructs a house, he begins with the frame upon which everything hangs and holds it shape.

That’s what words do – they hold this universe in place. I uphold the words of My mouth with My mighty right (righteous) hand. Because I have made you in My image, you have the same creative power coming out of your mouths.

The words you speak are so important. They can be used for good or evil. They can either build up or destroy, so choose wisely. I will hold you accountable for every idle word that comes out of your mouth.

My Word is My bond. There was a time when that was true of man but man’s words have become tainted when a man becomes double minded and does not walk in faith.

Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks, so whatever is in there will come out. A man’s heart, thoughts, and words are inextricably connected and they produce after their own kind, and whatsoever a man sows (speaks) he is going to reap. And make no mistake about it – I will not be fooled, or deceived, or mocked.

Oh that My people would hunger and thirst after My pure and powerful words. In them is the river of life and out of them flow the issues of life. Go tell My people that if they don’t like the direction their life is going, for them to check the content of their words. People declare and prophesy their own lives with their own words all the time.

I am the author and finisher of your faith. If you want to reap good results, speak only My words, for they are life and health to your flesh. Meditate on them day and night and do not let them depart from your mouth. Just like people choose to become computer savvy – choose to become Word savvy with my words.

The brain I designed is greater than any computer and it is attached to the heart and neural pathways. When you are plugged into Me and My words – the power source who created all in all – you will have astounding results. Oh that My people would simply trust My words and speak them out of their mouth – it would please their Father’s heart. It is the greatest weapon and tool I have gifted to them.

How else could the words of My holy Bible, which were breathed and inspired by Me and given to man to write down, stand for all time to instruct the path of life for all mankind. It all hangs on my very words and nothing by any means will destroy it or keep it from coming to pass – every word of it!

For My words are spirit, they are life, and they are eternal. They are supernatural.

Please treat them with honor, dignity, and respect, because how you treat My Word is how you treat Me! They are one and the same.

You glorify Me by believing, obeying, and speaking My words. Simply stated – this is true life at it’s best and the way I designed it. Follow Me by following what I tell you to do and say. There is power in agreement. I am the one true God who keeps His Word. Say amen.

We will experience victory more continuously in our lives when we continuously and faithfully speak the Word of God and His Word only. It is very simple and yet so profound. Within the Word is the power, anointing, and the substance of faith that produces the form of what is spoken. The Word is eternal and it does bear fruit so put it to work on a continual basis in your life. Make it a lifestyle of the God kind.
